Consulting Process for Comprehensive Organizational Excellence

Want to make a BIG impact? Here’s my high-level process for widespread transformation.

1: Assess

Conduct a high-level assessment to gain a holistic understanding of overall work streams, processes, pain points, cultural impacts, and objectives.

2: Strategize

Develop an enterprise-wide transformation strategy to support strategic goals and opportunities.

3: Prioritize & Plan Roadmap

Balance impact, scope/LOE, dependencies, and client bandwidth to determine roadmap of strategic priority (urgency) and scheduling.

Plan scope, milestones, and timelines for first [set of] prioritized initiative[s].

4: Implement

Kick off individual projects according to prioritized roadmap.

5: Follow-Up / Effectiveness Check

Conduct high-level reviews at preset intervals to discuss enterprise-level updates, prioritization changes, and newly identified challenges or opportunities.
